Meet Pascal, a seeing, listening, interacting AI avatar who will guide individuals along a personalized path toward mindfulness, awakening, and fundamental well-being.
He’s happy to answer any of your questions about Ganesh Guides.
A world experiencing collective trauma is seeking relief.
In the post-Covid world, the number of those seeking accessible, affordable, stress relief and mental health has exploded.
Meditation and mindfulness apps like Calm and Headspace have seen enormous increases in users and revenue since their initial launches. And during that same period, products like ChatGPT and other AI services have begun to show the world the potential benefits of artificial intelligence.

But despite the initial success of meditation apps like Calm and Headspace, users aren't getting the insight or interactivity they seek.
This is due in part to the fact that existing meditation apps depend entirely on pre-recorded messages. As The Scripps News Service notes while those apps are “better than nothing,” they are still limited to only one-way communication and offer a small scope of awareness practices, data, and insights.

Our Solution: Interactive avatars that will use insights and practices developed by some of the world’s most insightful neuroscientists, awareness experts, and well-being practitioners.
Expanding on the successful work of the Loving AI project, Monroe and the Ganesh team are developing something existing digital meditation apps do not provide — an app that provides live interactive AI avatars who can see, hear, and guide users with verbal and facial cues.
These avatars will not only to provide users with tools like effective practices, but will guide users to a higher state of fundamental inner wellbeing — a level of consciousness identified by psychologist Abraham Maslow, and further advanced by some of the world’s greatest neuroscientists, awareness experts, and well-being practitioners.

The Investment Opportunity

Investors in the initial seed rounds for companies like Calm ($2B valuation) and Headspace ($3B valuation) saw extraordinary returns on their investments.
As is the case with any startup investment, returns like these are hoped for, and cannot be guaranteed.
Ganesh is currently launching a pre-seed round of fundraising that is being offered to friends, family members, and impact angel investors with an emphasis on advancing fundamental inner wellbeing.
This fundraising round will close once the investment level reaches $400,000. Future funding rounds will be at higher costs for equity.

A Deeper Experience of Wellbeing
AI developer and PhD psychologist Edward Monroe is pursuing a lifelong interest in mindfulness, awakening, and fundamental well-being to build Ganesh Guides.
Monroe served as a principal researcher and developer with the Loving AI project — a pioneering scientific initiative featured in media outlets like Forbes, The Daily Beast, and the 2019 documentary, The Portal.
Through this project, Monroe and the development team created AI avatars that were able to form an emotional connection with participants through awareness-based practices that meaningfully enhanced those participants’ well-being and self-transcendence (Detailed project report).
